How to Build a Follower to Friend, Friend to Customer Relationship
Sally Kohn: I love this concept of follower to friend, friend to customer. She says you don't need to tell a story because people talk about stories all the time. If you don't have time to write it, chances are your people don't haveTime to read it. But really, that personal update, two to three sentences, if you want to get formulaic, should be at the very beginning of your newsletter. That's just what I do. And then you can segue into other content and all caps, where that is on your keyboard.
