Do You Have a Practice Routine?
First thing in the morning is really the best way to start your day and to make sure that you're doing it. We have created playlists on my YouTube channel, which are basically practice playlists. If you work out in the morning, just sit down and do the work for 10, 15 minutes. And if you prepare the night before, then it's a no-brainer. It's a lot easier to do it and to follow through.
