There's no one amongst us who isn't related to people who were the victims of harm. We as individuals are not entitled to excavating our ancestors pain, whether theyare living or dead. When we heal ourselves, it has an intergenerational impact. If you want to heal generations that are yet to be born, then focus on your own self. Then be the healthiest, best adjusted version of yourself that you are capable of being in the herean now.
