The Reality of the NBA Players' Relationship With the Blazers

NBA players will absolutely react negatively towards the blazers if they do this. Players are going to say, no, I'm not going to go to Portland. They're just going to send me to basketball purgatory. Do they want to do that to satisfy just to to get the most bang for their buck in the game trade? Or are they thinking long term and saying, Oh, yeah, if we send them there, that's an investment in our brand for future free agents?"
