When organizations make these types frameworks or mentalities part of their operating principles, they really come to life. As you've gone from eight to 50, and we'll go to 75, when you're gowing from a hundred to 800 people hiring, you got to think about recruiting and operationalizing that is a function. And retention the other are, we've really not had any retention problems. There's so many gifts that i've been given by previous leaders that i've worked for. But, you know, one was this idea that i worked for them and no, retention is all about that.
