Are You Moving Back to Your Parents?

When we move back into our parents this can be quite threatening to our sense of self. We can, without knowing it, emotionally regress. I always use christmas time as an example of this. When you go back home at christmas and you're there with your family, you can end up behaving in ways that are like, weird. So the threat is, when you move back home, is maintain in your sense of self and identity. You don't want to start feeling like a kid again. That's very tempting. But what i would say to you is, and this is going to be tough, if you're living at home and now, like an as an autonymous
