How Much Linoleic Acid Do We Need in Our Diet?
If you're going to go carnivore, if that's level one, then 0.5 would be ferment everything that you can. The amount of linoleic acid that we get in our diet is as mainstream Western humans, not you and I, is 15 to 20% of our calories. We were talking about this a little bit earlier before we jumped on the podcast. But by vegetable oils, I'm talking about corn, canola, soy, peanut, safflower, sunflower. These are a metabolic nightmare for humans.
