Are You Aligning the Data?

Is it realistic of me to get a change in the data structures and the data sets? Or do I need an algorithm to correct that form in and cleanse the data? And then that really leads into the alignment section of this. Where am I at on the project? Is the technology that I'm implementing in line with the broader strategy, direction, the journey, the organizations going on? Are we also aligning the types of data that HR users, the marketing's using, but then also aligning with them on the challenges and the future uses of that data?
