Lactate, Is There a Recovery Period for It to Come Back Down?
The high lactate shuts off fat burning. So if you want to kind of do a mixture on, okay, I want to go out for 40 minutes in that zone to get my fat burning engine going, but thenI want to go do some shorter stuff. Do that at the end of your run. Because if you did the intervals early and your lactates up and then you want togo do the zone too, you're really not becauseyour lactates up too high to burn the fat.
