The Tifos Train Station in Tashkent
The Central train station in Tashkent is a big modern building. It's on the very side that the old station would have been, and what kind of state would people have been in when they arrived here? They've been traveling for months. There are stories of people who had already arrived, perhaps coming to the station to entertain or perhaps somehow smooth that uneasy moment.
