authority has clearly diminished in almost every area, you know, the doctor, the scientist, the clergy. And part of it im part of the good the i good reason. But we do pay a price for it, because society is too complex to rely on your own decisions in every area. You just can't. The lack of social trust, not only in each other, but in authority, i think it's a real social crisis.
