The Impact of a Public Use Law in Bellingham

I wonder if the lesson up Bellingham has this public use law in place. And I'm wondering what's going on up there and what impact is it having? Because, uh, yeah, there's something that I just feel like more work needs to go into a process like thisto figure out how a law like this would impact our city. Will there be a patchwork of laws or is the state just going to go into special session and fix this sooner than anything would have changed anyway? If I had to predict, I'd say a special session is happening in May.
