You need to make sure from the getgo that if you haven't started a membership makes soure, you doing it for the right reasons. Write these reasons down and stick them on your wall - sometimes we can lose sight of why we do something. If you've got people enrolled and subscribed in pay new month after month, year after year, they've made a commitment to you. And as the membership owner, you need to repair that commitment with a commitment of your own.
