Is the Fed Funds Going to End the Year Around 6%?
I've had this view based on a very simple version of the Taylor rule, you know, a rule that basically expresses the level of interest rate that is needed to stabilize the economy. So my super simple simplistic estimate of the TaylorRule has been around 8%. And when you hear 8%, I mean, my jaw drops,. because we are, that is not really not in anybody's radar. Even if you're saying we don't get all the way there, that's still an indication of the fact that you think there's more to go than price into the market.
