An incidental loma is something that is found incidentally as a victim of modern imaging technology. So first you want to start with the laboratory workup to determine if the tumor is hypersecretory in any nature. Then your management is going to depend on size and imaging characteristics. For all these patients, they should move on to adrenalectomy.
