i feel like so much of what's been pushed is that the stuff that you should do once everything else is already in check. Like, work out three to four times a week, make your eating fruits and vegetables and lean proteins and sleeping eight hours a night. I've done it all, and none of it works. It's sor and the more you talk about it, i js, i'm shaking myhaand nodding my head in agreement.
