How to Animate Web Apps
There are a lot of techniques and libraries out there for web animation. The best place to get started is, if you just want to dip your toe in, it never hurts to learn after effects. I would recommend looking into first master CSS animations and transitions. If you want to up your game, more challenging things can be done with Web Animations or G-SAP.
