How to Make Reservations for Long Term Travel
You can have things sent to a hotel in advance of your arrival. You need to contact the hotel before you do this, and find out whatever their little system is. There may be some other like equipment or other things that it's useful to have sent ahead of time. If you're doing a long trip where I feel like it's very easy to overwhelm with stuff, just keep this in mind as a tool for yourself.
