Are You Going to Dismiss the State Secrets?

The cases filed in two thousand and 11, i guess you kind of already alluded to this, but what happened in the courts below. So the government immediately moved to dismiss on the ground that it was un state secrets. And so interestingly, they didn't say the whole case has to be dismissed on safe secrets, but they said all the religious discrimination claims and the distinction you had drawn earlye, they said, all of those have to be dismissed. The reason why the community cares about this is not because of this technical, albeit important, privacy problem,. It's because they're targeted because of their religion, right? That's what this is about.
