Is There a Calory Deficit in Africa?

It's really sad that right now people go hungry because there is enough food to go around. Yet, it's interesting, like starvation, even just hunger, is not something that we think about much in the western world. And as i sit here and talk about food and security, it just seems like something that will never affect us. But in reality, we're not that far away from breaks in the supply chain and food simply not being able to be grown from the source. The wealthy countries of the world will likely be the last ones to really be afflicted with this. That are going o be able to continue to eat for long after poor countries are not.
