I always tell my athletes, if you are carb lighting, please don't get on the scale. Stay off the frickin scale. It's fuel for your performance. It's gas in the tank guys. The harder we train, the bigger our capacity to store glycogen is. Over time, what you know, it could end up storing more and more glycogen. But we're also going to see a bigger weight fluctuation from that.
