The internet was supposed to be this revolutionary tool of liberation and innovation. They centralized everything in the hands of four corporations that are easily manipulated by the US government and the corporate media. Now they are trying to implement formal laws that control the flow of information on the internet. And if that really takes hold, what hope is there? That is the thing that I do worry about. As you said, I do think there's reason to be concerned as well.
