i never felt like, oh my gosh, i have to do my kettle bells to day. It was just like, ico have to do that 15 minutes. And if it was if i wasn't feeling like it that day, i would do it for ten minutes. Just do it until you don't want to any more and hopefully it's in that 15 to 20 minute range. The thing that says. There's the r the thing that starts your habit, then you do it, and there's a reward afterwards. Often that reward is intrinsic. So you don't always need to, like, have an actual reward. I think that thing so important for getting habits to last
