If you want joy in this life, the spiritual joy, then you must do spiritual practice. The Shloka says Shantarajasam Brahmabhutam Akalma Sham. That is basically summing up all the complicated analysis I was giving you. Here and now, liberated by living is the goal. And in that case, the whole course has to be completed. If you stop halfway, you may be safe, but there is some damage done.
