The city of Jacksonville is politically consolidated with Duval County, Florida. It's the most populous city that has a Republican mayor. The metro area of Miami is over 6 million people and the metro area of Jacksonville is about a million people.
On Tuesday, voters are heading to the polls in at least three competitive races: the Kentucky Republican gubernatorial primary, the Philadelphia Democratic mayoral primary and the Jacksonville mayoral election.
