The US Dollar Is Getting Stronger, Right?

I think it was done in collaboration with China. What's important is China got a huge amount of information about the West from all this. They've seen our reaction times. The one country that can totally handle a really strong currency or really weak one is the US. Because fundamentally, we just don't really trade with the rest of the world.
