Are You Ruminating?

Ruminations are the biggest drains on your energy. Our brains are very, very energy hungry. If we put a lot of our attention and focus into trying to problem solve, effectively this is what rumination is, it's problem solving. And so if you're reflecting constantly throughout your day, in every spare moment that you have, then you can't resist the urge to ruminate. You're using up so much of your energy in a really negative way. It's just not serving you at all.
