i feel like a lot of our marriage books, that's the main message, is it? The reason that marriages are breaking up is because there's not enough commitment. And i think what people often forget, too, is that god does not override free will. Like you cannora all you want, but if that man decides he wants to be abusive, god will not change that. You'll stop trying to give them feedback. They don't care where you're coming from. Everything you say is white noise. So why waste your emotional and physical energy on trying to communicate with them? This doesn't work, right? I th podcast notes as well.
