And so go through a process of what biblical authors will call kadesh. To kadesh means to become holy. But humans are unique in the biblical story because they are invited,. their origins are in what is common. We come from the dirt, but humans are invited to transcend those dirty origins and participate in the life and presence with the holy ones.
