I used to have a legal pad out and I would keep notes on different stuff I was seeing. Once I learned how they did it, I was like, actually, this job's really, really hard. Most of the teams have to waste their cap space and then draft picks are total coin toss. If a guy you draft ends up just not liking basketball, you're fucked.
