The three step really is symptoms and signs of heart failure, ejection fraction greater than 50%, and then at least one of those echocardiographic parameters that have just gone through. Now if I'm talking about BNP, the ESC guidelines would say a BNP of greater than 125% for sinus rhythm, but greater than 365 for atrial fibrillation. But we know in real life that up to 20% of patients with half-peff have a normal BNP, which it makes it quite difficult to diagnose those patients. It's much more likely that the normal BNP can be related to issues with actually the making of BNP or the use of BNP
