The Problem With Hard Universalism
Dr. Hart: Father Rooney says hard universalism as he calls it causes us to deal with the question of human freedom and God's freedom. He believes that if a rational being perfectly knows God, then one's freedom can have only one end, right? Dr. Hart: There's no way rationally to construct a picture of freedom that isn't incoherent either in one direction or the other.
