ADHD is often have reduced antarascentive awareness. We often struggle a lot more, and that's why intuitive eating can feel even harder for people with ADHD. But you do need to be given guidelines so that you can actually start to listen again. And we first have to make sure that we're eating regularly so that we can even start to notice those hunger and fullness cues.
