How Do You Approach Cash Management for the Funds You Manage?

I'm just curious now for many years, for about a decade or so, cash management was not really that important. We don't do that anymore. How do you approach cash management for the funds you manage where you're not using obviously a large part of the cash itself for margin purposes? So we use just government T-bills. And then of course we try to get as much out of that as possible. What gets you most excited as you look into 2023 or are there any concerns that you see? It's kind of a broad question.
