A Baby Lobster or Juvenile Lobster?

Lobster isn't legal size until it's about seven years old in this area. In 2015 more than 120 million pounds of lobster was caught on the coast of Maine. When a lobster man or woman pulls a lobster out of a trap he has to measure from the lobster's eye socket to the edge of its body. If it's not at least three and a quarter inches long the lobster has to be thrown back into the ocean so it can keep growing.
