Introduction

A couple of episodes back, I was talking to you about going on a business trip and having to order something in a restaurant. And what I'd like to do this week is actually shift it and think about, oh, what if somebody comes to visit my office? An internal person from another branch in the company, they come to the office and I've got to interact with them a little bit face to face. What sort of things can I talk about? What sort of questions can I ask them? So I thought I would go into that in detail today and share with you a few things to hopefully give you a little bit of inspiration about what you could ask them.
