He picks up another woman, Maria Welch, 22 years old, on November 9th. And he takes her to a small beach area on the banks of the Genesee River. He says that they argue for a while, they're unable to agree on a price. So they begin having sex and again, he claims that she tried to steal his wallet. Because of that, he strangles her.
