Is It Irrational to Believe?
Faith is not an opinion, simple trusting assent to god. It's often said that faith is wishful thinking. We have many signs, evidences or indications that corroborate and confirm what we believe by virtue of thi inspiration or instinct of the holy spirit. So it's false to say that faith is the same as wishfully thinking.
