How to Troubleshoot a Problem
The first thing to do if you need to troubleshoot is to gather information. So ask things like when, where, how long does this happen? What are the additional circumstances? Is there a specific time of day? The other thing you want to do is look for patterns. Maybe it's just that you're home at 1.30 in the afternoon and it's happening all day.
