The Importance of Partiality in Open Source Software

There's a thing here where it might look like you can get rid of it but it might be that all the efficiency we have is conditional on having this kind of partiality. Getting rid of it isn't on the table here so i'm happy to not be suggesting it could all be gotten rid of um But one kind of partialy that i'd like to call attention to i guess is a partiality that basically tries to sort of squash something andget rid of it.
