If someone comes to you as a product owner and says, can I have this feature? The cost of saying yes is really, really small. It's a simple economics question. Yes, nod your head, smile, put it into the backlog and keep stung. And maybe they'll forget it. That's a possibility. So yes, avoiding avoiding the pain of saying no is probably a good way of surviving in some organizations right? Yeah. Some organizations, they don't employ product owners to say no.
