The idea that you have something come up and just release it is huge because I can get, I don't know if you're this way, but I am very in my head. And one of the most helpful practices for me is just to let it be whatever it is. In life, we're always going to be taking actions. It's not like I'm going to be in this passive state of just being in meditation. Yet in this chair right now, can I just enjoy being here? Can I see spontaneously what comes up in this conversation? Can it just be as great as it can be?
