Can Organizations Simplify the Final Mile Without Touching the Back Office?
Too often organizations try to simplify the final mile f the customers journey owards, you know, the ap integration, or something along thate. Can organization simplify the jury without completely nout what has been there from the past in the back office? Should they build from scratch, and suppose at just trying to work with what they had in the past? That's a very good question. There are enough opportunities to simplify without having to touch the back end systems or back end processes. So i do think starting right now with possible to execute something wiuld be a better strategy.
