Blur With Incentivize Royalties

We launched Blur with incentivize royalties. And what that meant was, as a trader, you could list with zero royalties, but you would get a much smaller airdrop than someone who listed with full royalties. So we saw that work to some extent where the effective royalty on Blur was higher than on the other platforms. But it was still lower than the open C, which had a full royalty enforcement policy. We're going to start enforcing a minimum royalty of 0.5% on collections that have a royalty set that's higher than that and will do so in the future.
