I'm still crushing PRs without any tarps. So I think the anecdotal evidence is there. And it's said, I think some of the scientific evidence is there too. There's a number of studies now that show you can not only gain muscle, but perform while carbs or fat. It doesn't matter. As long as you get to put the training in and put your, get adequate protein. Less inflammation, less pain, better recovery,. which ultimately will lead to for many people better, better, better performance.
