Can the Federal Government Really Control Health?

In Canada, it's the provinces that control health to a large extent. A lot of people took issue with the federal government's role in this because Justin Trudeau had said some just absolutely terrible things about unvaccinated people. He talked about them during the last election campaign as being this group of misogynists and extremists and racists. And he also, when the convoy was on its way to Ottawa, called everyone in it a fringe minority with unacceptable views.
