The Importance of Listening to Feedback From Wizards of the Coast
There was definitely a huge mismatch in the expectations of what many of the attendees were expecting when they got there and what wizards wanted to talk about. Many, I bet you, half of them didn't get any questions answered at all. It's really hard to run an event with that many people and give everybody a chance to speak. There was no point in having a separate summit to talk about the things and share the surprises. The relationship between Wizards and the community, how Wizards is improving, it's both is representation of marginalized people in the game,. But also how it's bringing more voices of marginalized people to have an effect on the game.
