The studio told the director they thought this was ridiculous. They said a bus can't jump a bridge, but the director fought really hard for this moment. The stunt coordinator designed a special suspension safety harness to keep this from happening so that when the bus landed, he would be in like this like, like safety thing. I'm doing the motion.
