The Gift of America

I think I had a dinner with Bono last year and he was talking, it ended up being him and me and David Petraeus and Bill Gates. He said emotionally he felt that every time he came to a country that had a lot of American military helping advise whatever nation there was trying to upgrade its military. The thing about America is you people believe in an idea about who your nation is. No one would say that Ireland is an idea but America is an idea.
