But the key is if you learn to divide it throughout the day to have those tastes of this beautiful dessert then you don't need it as much when you are asleep. And those that are in the deeper consciousness throughout the day, instead of not thinking about what you want to let go, think about what you wants to have. Go to a place of quieting as much as possible, like thinking about something else, quiet in the mind. Try, let's say, listening to your breathing for five minutes for 10 minutes, 15 minutes. You're perfect confessing confessing.
